Proposal for a Rubik's Cube group

Did you ever have Rubik's Cube? Perhaps, like Phil Wallace, you had a cube for many years and couldn’t do it (30 years in Phil’s case)! He eventually learned in his mid-60s. The first time, it took over 3 hours. He can now do it in just over a minute. After that, He taught his colleagues at work, and the pupils at his local secondary school. He was even interviewed about it on Radio 4!
If you have always wanted to solve the cube, now is your chance. This needs to be a small
group; perhaps no more than 3 or 4 people. Phil proposes weekly meetings initially, and will
start from scratch. Not all cubes are suitable for solving. Phil will advise on which cube to
buy and go through all stages of the conventional solution. The cube isn’t just for boys (of all ages). Phil’s best pupil was a woman! Age is also no barrier. If you would be interested in such a group, please contact Phil Wallace.
