Our Pickleball group meets every Thursday Morning at 11.00am and players of all standards are welcome including beginners.

Pickleball is very easy to play and it is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world! The court is smaller than a tennis court, and the game offers a low-impact way to exercise. It’s played with a lightweight, plastic ball and a paddle, and combines serves, volleys, and fast-paced rallies. At higher levels, pickleball becomes a demanding, quick-fire game, making it a perfect challenge.

We play at Cheam Fields Club in Cheam and the cost is £5.00 week or alternatively, u3a members can join Cheam Fields Club (£60.00 per annum for Pickleball membership) and the weekly sessions are then free. All equipment is provided at no additional cost.
